Albuquerque Police Department officers were called to the parking lot of a church near Montgomery Park, San Mateo Boulevard, around 3:30 AM to reports of a shooting in the area. Shortly after, a car involved in the shooting crashed near Montgomery Blvd.

Homicide detectives are responding to a fatal shooting just north of Central Avenue. Albuquerque police said a woman was found hurt with a gunshot wound at 57th Street NW. She was transported to a hospital and later died. The shooting happened sometime Tuesday evening, March 10. No details have been released about a possible suspect.
