A major airline has given an update on a hacker attack, noting that it hasn't been contacted by anyone claiming to have the data that was stolen.

Australian airline Qantas says a data hack on Monday exposed the personal information of six million customers and it expects the amount stolen to be “significant.”

Nothing tests a consumer’s fragile faith or a company’s integrity quite like a cyberattack. Qantas’ brand is in a particularly precarious position given it is in the process of restoration after a couple of years of neglect.
