FRISCO, Texas — FC Dallas has traded for former MLS MVP winning midfielder Luciano "Lucho" Acosta, sources confirmed to WFAA. Soccer insider Tom Bogert first reported that Acosta and the club were finalizing a deal, and sources confirmed to WFAA on Wednesday morning that the deal was done and expected to announce it later in the day.

A deal to send Luciano Acosta, the best attacking player in FC Cincinnati history, to FC Dallas is being finalized, an MLS source with knowledge of the deal confirmed to The Enquirer on Tuesday.
