MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Two more suspects charged in the shooting of a FedEx employee have been ordered released from jail on their own recognizance (ROR), according to court records.

The decision comes two days after the third suspect, charged with attempted second-degree murder, was also released on his own recognizance.

According to the affidavit, surveillance footage captured three suspects approaching the victim's car and looking through the windows right before the shooting.
