All lanes of the southbound 405 Freeway in Encino have reopened after an hours-long closure for a deadly crash.
An SUV was reported driving 60 to 70 mph northbound in the southbound carpool lanes of the 405 freeway near Getty Center Drive just after 4 a.m. Tuesday, according to California Highway Patrol logs.
