The woman who allegedly caused a jetski crash that killed 18-year-old Ava Moore was offered a plea deal, according to court filings.

Since the suspects were confirmed to be in the country illegally​, federal immigration officials are now involved in the investigation.

According to the criminal complaint, the crash happened around 9:30 p.m. in May 2025.
