PORTLAND, Ore. — Portland police have a wide area of Northeast Portland blocked off Monday night after reports of a shooting. This was first called out as a threat with a weapon at 8:22 p.m. near Northeast 17th Avenue and Northeast Clackamas Street, according to dispatch records. More than 60 police units were called to the scene.
