A rocket belonging to Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin exploded during a test at the launch pad Thursday night, shaking nearby homes and briefly painting the sky orange.

A Blue Origin New Glenn rocket exploded on a Florida launch pad in a dramatic scene fit for a Hollywood action flick Thursday night.

In a post to social media, the company acknowledged the explosion as “an anomaly” and that “all personnel have been accounted for”.
