Donald Trump restated his plan for the U.S. to take over Gaza during a meeting with Jordan's King Abdullah on Tuesday and insisted that Jordan would house displaced Palestinians, despite the king's opposition to the proposal.

Trump will hold meetings and a cordial lunch for Abdullah as he tries to get his support for the glitzy redevelopment plan and perhaps even accept some of the Palestinians who would be displaced.
