Santa Claus rode into the Seaport Village in San Diego Bay on his giant surfboard Saturday morning as part of a Harbor Police "watercade" to lead the annual Bayside Parade.

CAPITOLA — For the first time since 2019, “Surfin’ Santa” paddled all the way from his surf shack at the North Pole onto the shore of sunny Capitola Beach accompanied by his crew of surfing reindeer.
