The stage at Premio Lo Nuestro's 37th edition on February 20, 2025 at Kaseya Center hosted Will Smith teaming up with Spanish vocalist India Martínez to kick off the ceremony. During the evening they played their new joint work "First Love" to provide an enthusiastic start for the program.

The Spanish-language network recently announced that it would pay tribute to Paquita la del Barrio following her death.
