The knotty question of whether Jax Taylor would return for Season 3 of "The Valley" has now been answered: Through his team, Taylor has issued a statement saying he is stepping away from the Bravo show himself in order to focus on his recovery and mental health.

Taylor will appear at the reunion for The Valley, which has already been taped. The show’s finale is slated to air July 22. It’s not yet known if the remainder of the cast — including Danny Booko, Nia Sanchez, Kristen Doute, Janet Caperna, Jason Caperna, Jesse Lally, Michelle Saniei, and others — will all return for season three.

Jax Taylor confirmed that he's leaving The Valley after Season 2. He joined the Bravo show in Season 1 and took fans inside his life over the course of the last two seasons, from the shifting dynamics in his relationship with Brittany Cartwright as their marriage ended to the many changes in his friendships.
