Driver charged in deadly DWI crash in Shakopee
A driver is accused of driving drunk during a fatal crash on Highway 169 in Shakopee weeks after he was charged in a separate DWI case.

A Shakopee man is now facing criminal charges for his role in a fatal crash along Highway 169 on Sunday. Prosecutors charged 20-year-old Goay Gatluak Jikany with criminal vehicular homicide for the crash, which killed 46-year-old Kala Karlene Henry, of Chaska.

A speeding SUV driver was arrested after he rammed a compact car on a Scott County highway and killed the other motorist, officials said Monday. Goay Gatluak Jikany, 20, was booked into jail in connection with the collision about 11:40 p.m. Sunday just south of Shakopee on Hwy. 169 at Marystown Road, the State Patrol said.
