ROCKDALE COUNTY, Ga. - An off-duty Atlanta police officer was stabbed during a confrontation in Rockdale County on Saturday.
Police say at 10:05 p.m., they responded to 2929 Panthersville Road in reference to a person shot call. When they arrived, they located a 24-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to her leg and stomach. An 8-year-old child had also been shot in the ankle, according to police.
