Nebraska Attorney General Mike Hilgers has filed a lawsuit against Roblox, alleging the popular online gaming platform fails to adequately protect children from predators.

Nebraska joins several states, including Texas, Louisiana, Florida and Kentucky, in suing the massively popular online gaming platform.

Friday’s hearing comes months after AG Liz Murrill sued Roblox, claiming the platform fails to protect children from sexual predators and dangerous content.
