McDavid played a huge role in the Oilers' success against Los Angeles, as he paced Edmonton in the Kings series with 11 points on the strength of two goals and nine assists. Meanwhile, Leon Draisaitl had 10 points on three goals and seven assists.

Oilers captain Connor McDavid spoke on beating the Kings in the Stanley Cup Playoffs for the fourth straight year.

Two of the Oilers best players over the course of the series were Connor Brown and Calvin Pickard. After coming in to relieve Stuart Skinner in Game 2, Pickard became the starter for the rest of the series. “Picks (Pickard) gave us a chance to win every night,” McDavid stated. “Played great these last four games.”
