Juventus, who finished in 20th position with 12 points, will face PSV - an opponent already encountered in the League Phase which the Bianconeri won 3-1 at the Allianz Stadium on 17 September. Juventus will play the first encounter at home on 12/13 February, with the second leg set for 18/19 February (to be confirmed in due course).

Elsewhere, Celtic meet Bayern Munich and there is an all-French contest between minnows Brest and Paris Saint-Germain. The first legs of the play-off matches will take place on February 11/12, with the second legs on February 18/19.
