While it's easy to assume that Kamala Harris and Kimberly Guilfoyle have nothing in common (besides their longstanding disdain for one another), that's untrue.

When speaking to reporters on Thursday, she was asked whether she would be making a run for governor of California. Gov. Gavin Newsom’s term is up in 2027, leaving the race wide open for potential contenders. Harris did not rule out running for the seat, instead focusing her comments on the relief efforts in California.

Harris has not said she intends to run but a new exclusive poll by Emerson College and our parent company Nexstar Media shows if she does she will emerge as the front runner.
