For the first time since 1959, this year's Rockefeller Center tree comes from Massachusetts - West Stockbridge, to be exact.
The 74-foot-high conifer from West Stockbridge was cut down on Thursday and hoisted onto a flatbed truck by crane.
and will air live as part of the NBC special “Christmas in Rockefeller Center.” The two-hour telecast, which starts at 8 p.m.
