( NewsNation) — The lawsuit accusing Jay-Z, born Shawn Carter, and Sean “Diddy” Combs of raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000 has been dismissed by the accuser’s attorney, according to new court filings.

The woman had accused them of raping her in 2000 when she was 13-years-old. Combs and Jay-Z denied any wrongdoing.

The suit was initially filed in October, claiming that the woman was lured by a limousine driver outside the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards and assaulted by the two rappers at an after-party.
