NASCAR's rising phenom has two wins in seven races on the second-tier Xfinity Series. On Sunday, he debuts at the sport's top level.

Eighteen-year-old Connor Zilisch's Cup debut was eventful but ended before the checkered flag flew Sunday at Circuit of the Americas. Zilisch finished last in the 37-car field after he slammed into Trackhouse Racing teammate Daniel Suarez's spinning car.

Connor Zilisch will make his NASCAR Cup Series debut Sunday in the Circuit of the Americas (1:30 p.m. CT, FOX). Zilisch started racing go-karts when he was five. He moved up to the ARCA Menards Series in 2023 and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and Xfinity Series in 2024.
