The Original Pantry Café, an iconic Downtown L.A. landmark featured in Knocked Up, Snowfall, The Million Dollar Hotel and many of Michael Connelly’s bestsellers featuring Detective Harry Bosch — later portrayed by Titus Welliver on Bosch — has closed after more than 100 years.

The iconic diner that spent much of its existence serving burgers, pancakes, and steaks 24/7 closed its doors on Sunday, March 2.

The Original Pantry Cafe in downtown L.A. closed after a labor dispute and change in ownership following the death of former Mayor Riordan, ending an era for the iconic diner established in 1924.
