Take-Two Interactive is buying mobile gaming company Zynga for $12.7 billion, marking the latest blockbuster acquisition in a string of major deals in the video game industry. Take Two bought the IP back in May 2017. Game gets given to Uber Entertainment, which changed its name to Star Theory Games in 2019 to reflect its new IP. KSP2 gets announced via cinematic trailer in 2019 with an announced 2020 release date.
