I was required to print off a label as they no longer provide them in the package. I went to an authorized pack and ship store, printed the label, packed and left for shipping. I received a receipt I dropped off the package. The USPS never scanned in my package. I have communicated with UGG, USPS and the pack and ship place and no one will help me.

Please don't support the UGG brand. They're a subsidiary of Deckers. Who copyrighted the term UGG (which has been used as a generic term for ugg boots in Australia and New Zealand for decades), and then started suing Australian manufacturers who tried selling to the US market.

Jan 5, 2023 · I bought my wife the Australian version last year since the American Ugg version were all sold out. The quality is impeccable, with great craftsmanship. They have held up very well and the packaging is great with a personalized note and a bag. The shipping only took about 8 days to the US. Will only purchase Ugg Since 1974 from now on.

I like boots too! UGG means sheep skin boot in Australia. There are many manufacturers of UGG in Australia. The deckers Uggs are not made in Australia. They are made in China and the quality is bare minimum to keep selling you “Uggs”. If you want real UGG go to Australia and stop buying the cheap Chinese knockoffs

Aug 20, 2022 · The ugg.com is an American company who has decided to trademark the name as a brand in America and internationally and has a history of suing Australians trying to use the name. As such, I would not recommend the "official" UGG brand (although this is the one you would've seen in magazines and whatnot).

But what makes them the best compared to for example leagueofgraphs which follows the meta in a sort of real-time since the data is no older than 2 days compared to u.gg and other sites that seem to have some data for the entire patch and only things that get updated are win rates, ban rates etc.

Don't buy UGG (brand) boots is my advice. Australians had been making quality ugg-boots (generic term for sheepskin boots) for decades before UGG brand trademarked the term, claimed they're from California and aggressively stopped the original ugg boot makers from selling them. Only semi-recently was this overturned, and only in Australia.

Jan 27, 2023 · I called UGG customer service several times Jan. 10th - They received returned item on Jan. 9th and they said I'll get refund within few days Jan. 16th - I called them again, staff said I should receive process email on Friday(1/20).
