This beauty is a Mekong snail-eating turtle that I videoed while visiting ACCB Cambodia. Found throughout Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam, this turtle makes its home in slow-moving bodies of water with muddy bottoms and lots of vegetation, such as marshes, swamps, rice paddies, and irrigation canals.
