A funeral service was held for Coast Guard Capt. Winslow Buxton (Ret.) in Bellevue, Wash., on March 11, 2017. Buxton died just six days shy of his 103rd birthday and is fondly remembered as being a WWII veteran and for serving the Coast Guard for 29 years.
