Low weight / high reps OR high weight / low reps⁉️ I say go to failure.🤘🏼 There is a LOT that goes into what reps to use for any given muscle (and I have a post on this!), but the goal should be to go until you can't anymore ...and then do it again. Some may argue this, but the truth is that most people have never experienced TRUE failure and will end up leaving a few reps in the tank regardless- and this includes myself! Why? Because it's hard as f*ck. Yes you will be sore. Yes your recovery

Rep range doesn’t matter as much as people think. Anybody saying low reps for strength, moderate reps for muscle, and high reps for “tone” is fueling the misconception. You can build muscle in 5–8 reps, 8–15 reps, or even 15–30 reps… IF you’re actually training close to failure.
