My favorite way to use canned carrots— the quickest dinner side dish!!! Just drain and rinse your carrots, and add them to a hot cast iron skillet with some butter, garlic, and dried parsley. Saute until they get a little brown (they’re already fully cooked so it’s just for color/flavor!). Cut the heat and add some Parmesan cheese to melt in with them…. Sooo tasty!!
