If you’re trying to maximize biceps growth on a rope curl, here’s some modifications I’ll make. 1) Facing away makes the resistance profile a bit more lengthened focused. 2) For those complaining about getting flossed, take a step back to get right under the cables. 3) avoid bringing shoulders forward so you don’t get the front delts involved. And of course, take the exercise to close to failure. | Tyler Path

It is a great idea to train your biceps at different shoulder positions to maximize well-rounded growth. I like to perform machine preacher curls leaning over to avoid using momentum by pulling back when seated.
