#Yeovil Library was filled with the sounds and stories of Trinidadian Calypso earlier this month thanks to a event led by Bridgwater-based DJ and historian Dave Chapple, and organised by the Somerset African Caribbean Network 🎶 The lyrical brilliance, storytelling, social commentary, and humour of the artists was highlighted, and the focus of the event was unity and shared history - it was a celebration not only of music, but of the resilience and creativity that shaped it. #BlackHistoryMonth #
