We have a treat for you today! Take a tour with our in-house historian, Paul Ullson, through the fascinating Fitzalan Chapel (part 1). Founded in 1380 by the 4th Earl of Arundel, the chapel has had a varied history, including damage during the Civil War in 1643-4. After a period of neglect, it was restored during the 19th century and is now one of our lovely surprises for you to find in our gardens. We are looking forward to welcoming visitors back when we're able. In the meantime, please enjoy
