The 14,000 foot peaks of the "Sangre De Cristo Mountains" are always astonishing to witness! Rising more than 7,000 feet above the massive 7,000ish foot high San Luis Valley, these mountains certainly make themselves known and dwarf everything around them!!! I don't know if a video will do it justice, but I might try to capture how the homes nearby look like little toys!! It's hard to describe, but this area makes structures look so miniscule every time I've ever been here! | Brandon Montgomery
