Today we kicked off the week with our first event of #QuantumWeek2025, 'The First 100 Years', at the historic The Royal Institution. The day began with a welcome from IOP CEO Tom Grinyer, followed by a fascinating journey through the early history of quantum mechanics (1911–1926) with Professor Malcolm Longair (University of Cambridge).
