Fun Fact Friday! The Cheoah Dam was the first of four dams built by the Tallasseee Power Company. This dam was built in response to the power demands needed for aluminum production during WW1. This dam is also known as fugitive dam, as it is the dam that Harrison Fords character jumped from in the move “The Fugitive”!
