A time-saving and beautiful way to decorate monogram cookies using royal icing transfers! My best advice to making royal icing transfers that do not break is to use hybrid icing and pipe them on cellophane or a sheet protector. Both of these will create a nice flat bottom for the transfer. Also, make sure the transfer is completely dry before applying to your cookie!
