CAVC 1.4 TSI: Critical Fixes You Must Make During Timing Chain Install! • This is the second part of the repair – the continuation of our previous video on the timing chain replacement for the Volkswagen 1.4 TSI CAVC engine. • In this stage, we’re installing the entire timing chain assembly, which includes: • a new timing chain, • chain guide, • hydraulic tensioner, • new crankshaft sprocket (must be replaced), • new variable valve timing gear (VVT sprocket), • and the oil pump chain, which also
