Mulligatawny soup is our Indian national soup. Spicy and flavourful perfect for a cold day. The name originates from the words milagu and thanni which means "pepper-water”. This has been originated from pepper rasam recipe, where few modifications has been made to bring it to a soup consistency. There is no single version for this recipe.
