Harvard conducted a longitudinal study spanning 85 years examining the factors that lead to happiness. What was the key finding that leads to long and fulfilling lives? Human connection. Put simply: people need people. To laugh with. To cry to. To share and to love. In a world that’s inundated with “social networks,” it’s hard to think of a more detached time. Find your people. It’s important. | Truly, Hadley, Deeply

This is a longitudinal study looking at associations (i.e. correlations) between specific dietary patterns, the different foods they contain, and then the odds of the person reaching 70 years of age without chronic disease, and with cognitive, physical and mental health.

We have a lot of theories based around biomechanics, but not a lot of longitudinal evidence based on hypertrophy studies, as to what would theoretically grow the different subdivisions of the glutes best. Right now, I think the best approach to building as full of a Glute Max, as possible, is to perform a mixture of vertical, horizontal, and lateral glute exercises. That's what I've always done in my Glute programs, and it's how we maximize recoverable volume. Great topic by @coachedby.jay #fypa
