Paul Atkins was just 18 years old in 1978 when he bought his 1967 Premier with a bold dream: to build the best street machine he could. Working with painter Dave in Adelaide, they transformed the car with custom body modifications and debuted it at the 1981 Adelaide Hot Rod Show, winning top paint, top engine, and top sedan.
