Have you ever used the CORTRAK device to place a feeding tube? It’s a pretty slick device that uses an external sensor to detect the stylet when placing a feeding tube. It’s really easy to see if you’re in the post pylorus position with your tube. This can also be super helpful when placing feeding tubes in patients with pancreatitis a bit deeper in the jejunum.
