We are proud to welcome Carla Elms to our Bend Old Mill office! Carla Elms is a native Oregonian, born and raised in the small farming town of Sublimity in the Willamette Valley. After high school, she attended Western Oregon University in Monmouth, OR where she met her husband, Daniel Elms, of 35 years. After graduating from Western, she and her husband started their family and lived in the Corvallis area for approximately 5 years before moving over to Central Oregon in 1998, where her husband
