Allium tricoccum or “Ramps” have a very special place in a lot of foraging traditions! They are a fun spring Allium that gives off notes of garlic unlike other wild onions :) Some people transplant them, harvest the bulbs or leaves, but once you can tell them apart from plants like lily of valley, you won’t mistake them!
