Black bean chili using the Instapot Wash and check 1lb dried black beans. Put beans into liner of pressure cooker and cover with enough water that it's at least 2" higher than the beans. Cook on high for 30 minutes with the vent closed. Naturally release for 30 minutes. Carefully remove lid, test to make sure beans are done before straining the liquid off of the beans. Place 3 ½ c beans back into the pot. Add: 15 oz can Tomato sauce 11.5 oz V-8 1 T dried onion flakes Spice mix = 1 package 1 T ch
