From Ken Wahl who plays Richie: "There were so many set-ups and angles in this scene, that it took us over two full days to shoot it. We shot until 4:00 in the morning on the last day. This was a difficult scene to shoot, aside from the long hours. I didn't smoke, but had to go through about two dozen cigars at the beginning of this scene.
